Anne is a problem-solving communications leader with more than 20 years experience in corporate, nonprofit and academic settings, including a long tenure at national ad agency GSD&M.  Her ability to build collaborative relationships with a diverse group of people ranging from Fortune 500 executives to volunteers is valued by clients and co-workers alike. A writer by nature, Anne has managed advertising and communications campaigns large and small. She has also played a leading role on the editorial staff of Austin’s oldest arts and culture magazine, Tribeza. Anne holds a degree in journalism from the University of Texas.

Dawn Callihan

Media Planning & Buying

During Dawn’s nearly 30 years in advertising, she has served as the Media Director at both Kolar (now Proof) Advertising and QD Solutions, as well as the Marketing Research Manager at the Austin American‐Statesman newspaper. Her experience includes the planning and media buying for national accounts such as Melvin Simon Malls, Balfour Rings, Americorps, Schlotzsky’s and Child Support Enforcement.

Elaine Hammer

Media Planning & Buying

Elaine has 30-plus years of media planning and buying, seven of those spent as Group Media Director at GSD&M. There she directed all aspects of the Brinker International account and planning and buying for restaurants such as Chili’s Grill & Bar, Romano’s Macaroni Grill, and On the Border. Her wide range of consumer‐related experience includes work for WalMart, Bank of America, McDonald’s Restaurants, Texas Tourism, The Texas Lottery and Dreamworks.

Wayne Henninger

Public Relations

Wayne has nearly 30 years of public relations experience. His career began with the NBA’s Detroit Pistons, followed by launching WAVE Public Relations, Inc. in Washington DC.  Wayne temporarily filled the vacant Vice President of Communications position for Little League International, running the entire communications department for the world’s largest youth sports organization (86 countries). In 2015, Wayne returned to his entrepreneurial roots, and launched Wayne Henninger Communications, LLC.  Clients include Little League International, Challenger Breadware, Accruent, Modernize, Brewers of Pennsylvania, ShippingEasy, ShipWorks, and Fern Santini Collaborative.

Helen Nourzad

Account Manager

Helen has healthy experience managing people, logistics, projects, events, and deadlines within the advertising industry, non-profit sector, and beyond. At Due West Co., Helen liaises with clients and collaborates our team to shepherd complex marketing and advertising projects to completion. She also conducts research and competitor analysis for brand messaging projects and handles podcast, video, website, social media and collateral creation. Helen’s agency experience includes stints at McCann WorldGroup and McCann Health in New York City. She holds a degree in government from the University of Texas at Austin. Volunteer work includes Big Brothers Big Sisters of New York and ConnectHer. Making a mean Bolognese sauce and alpaca herding are on her eclectic list of extracurricular pursuits.

Sarah spent six years as Director of Marketing & Communications for Leap Computing, Inc. There she developed successful consumer-facing, cross channel campaigns, and was responsible for cultivating successful strategic industry alliances with Fortune 500 companies. A natural storyteller, she has launched numerous successful marketing and outreach campaigns, and built an extensive network of meaningful relationships and business partnerships around the globe.

Cindy Van Dijk

Medical/Business Writer & Editor

Cindy van Dijk is a results-oriented medical/business writer and editor who brings almost four decades of medical communications experience. She develops and directs the writing and editorial needs of Due West Co. clients across platforms in both domestic and global markets. Cindy combines hard and soft skills to identify key scientific or business issues for strategic, customer-focused solutions. She has an in-depth understanding of FDA regulatory guidelines, editorial production processes, and a well-established working knowledge of the AMA style guide. 

Cindy received her bachelor’s degree in Biology/Genetics from Oregon State University, and her MA in Economics from the University of Oklahoma. Cindy is an active member of the American Medical Writers Association and has presented at numerous regional and national AMWA-sponsored educational sessions. She’s an outdoor enthusiast—loves scuba diving in exotic places, kayaking and hiking.

Ron Weinstock is a successful retail and restaurant industry executive and consultant with more than 30 years of launching, building, and revitalizing national and regional brands. His also has experience in the financial, health and entertainment verticals. Ron's expertise includes an emphasis on defining objectives and strategies, brand positioning and marketing, training and development, culinary/R&D, acquisitions and financial management (ROI). 

Ron's strategic consulting and sales generating experience include McDonald's, Pizza Hut, Perkin's Family Restaurants, UPS, Boston Market, Glaxo Smith Kline brands  (Nicorette, Aqua Fresh, Breathe Right, Goody's & Tums), La Salsa Fresh Mexican, Lionsgate Films, Amblin Entertainment and National Beverage Company Brands (including LaCroix, Rip-It, Shasta, Everfresh, Faygo).
