Anne is a problem-solving communications leader with more than 20 years experience in corporate, nonprofit and academic settings, including a long tenure at national ad agency GSD&M.  Her ability to build collaborative relationships with a diverse group of people ranging from Fortune 500 executives to volunteers is valued by clients and co-workers alike. A writer by nature, Anne has managed advertising and communications campaigns large and small. She has also played a leading role on the editorial staff of Austin’s oldest arts and culture magazine, Tribeza. Anne holds a degree in journalism from the University of Texas.

Dawn Callihan

Media Planning & Buying

During Dawn’s nearly 30 years in advertising, she has served as the Media Director at both Kolar (now Proof) Advertising and QD Solutions, as well as the Marketing Research Manager at the Austin American‐Statesman newspaper. Her experience includes the planning and media buying for national accounts such as Melvin Simon Malls, Balfour Rings, Americorps, Schlotzsky’s and Child Support Enforcement.

Elaine has 30-plus years of media planning and buying, seven of those spent as Group Media Director at GSD&M. There she directed all aspects of the Brinker International account and planning and buying for restaurants such as Chili’s Grill & Bar, Romano’s Macaroni Grill, and On the Border. Her wide range of consumer‐related experience includes work for WalMart, Bank of America, McDonald’s Restaurants, Texas Tourism, The Texas Lottery and Dreamworks.

Wayne Henninger

Public Relations

Wayne has nearly 30 years of public relations experience. His career began with the NBA’s Detroit Pistons, followed by launching WAVE Public Relations, Inc. in Washington DC.  Wayne temporarily filled the vacant Vice President of Communications position for Little League International, running the entire communications department for the world’s largest youth sports organization (86 countries). In 2015, Wayne returned to his entrepreneurial roots, and launched Wayne Henninger Communications, LLC.  Clients include Little League International, Challenger Breadware, Accruent, Modernize, Brewers of Pennsylvania, ShippingEasy, ShipWorks, and Fern Santini Collaborative.
